Hi, I’m Kait
Hi, I’m Kait, the creator of Autoimmune Badass. After being diagnosed with Sjögren’s Syndrome and facing the daily realities of chronic illness, chronic pain, fatigue, and autoimmune disease, I started sharing my journey to raise awareness and connect with others who understand these challenges.
What began as a TikTok page has grown into a supportive community focused on education, encouragement, resources, giveaways, and products designed with the autoimmune community in mind.
My goal is to help others feel seen, supported, and a little less alone on the tough days. Whether you’re newly diagnosed, searching for answers, or supporting someone you love, I’m glad you’re here.
